Le Café Marly – My favorite place in the Louvre. Here is an excellent kitchen, Romantic atmosphere and wonderful views from the terrace. The menu has hot dishes, side dishes, salads, separately there is a wine list. At prices – Not budget option. The restaurant is located under the villages of the Wing Richelieu. I especially recommend this place for a romantic dinner overlooking the Louvre (in the evening there is better to book in advance).
