Pisac (Pisac)
Pisac (PíSAC) – A small town in the sacred valley of the Inca to Peru, located near the Urubamba River, 29 km northeast of Cusco and 58 km east of Olitantambo.
Pisac consists of two main areas: residential part is a city itself, and an archaeological zone with numerous terraces and ruins located on a mining plateau.
Main Attractions of the Archaeological Complex of Wisac – Astronomical Observatory Incas Temple of the Sun (Tempo Del Sol), Ceremonial Bathing Complex of the Moon Temple (Tempo de La Luna) and Inthihuatana Sunny.
The laying of local buildings is quite different from many others in the sacred valley of the Incas: the stones in the walls are more like modern bricks, they are very small, especially if we compare with the stones of protective walls of Saksayuaman.

Still in Writing, it is worth noting the magnificent agricultural terraces located on the rather steep slopes of the mountains, as well as the irrigation system affecting its thoughtfulness. All this is surrounded by the most beautiful mountain scenery of the sacred valley of the Inca, which, of course, adds a special flavor to this place.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in Writing, the market has a popular tourist market, where you can buy a variety of handmade souvenirs of local craftsmen.
