First place in the ranking of cities with the best quality of life Tyumen occupied
The Department of Sociology of the Financial University under the Government of the our Federation conducted a large-scale study of the quality of life in 37 our cities with a population of more than 500,000 people. Experts appreciated the totality of various socio-economic indicators, including lifespan, the quality of medicine, the availability of education, the level of material well-being, the safety of personality, satisfaction with life and others. The rating was based on statistical indicators and sociological data obtained as a result of population surveys. People asked how satisfied with the life, income, roads, housing and utilities services, medicine, and whether they plan to move in the next couple of years.
Based on the analysis of all data, the ranking of cities in quality of life was compiled. Ten of the most prosperous cities, Tyumen, Moscow, Kazan, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk and Orenburg. The lowest indicators were at Ulyanovsk, Kurgan and Volgograd – the latter closes the rating.

"Analysis showed that the work of housing and communal services (timing, quality of service and repair of housing), the level of improvement of the city, the state of the road economy, the level of income of the population and the work of the health care facilities, is influenced by the work of their lives. Research and add: the more often people themselves are going to solve common urban problems, the better their social well-being.
